Free Lunch Program Update 1/15/21

The free lunch program has been extended until the end of the school year. All children 18 years old and younger in the town of Fairfield are eligible for lunch and breakfast (Holland Hill, McKinley, and all Middle and High Schools) at no charge.  Ala carte items such as snacks and juice will be available at full price.

Curbside pickup is available for RLA students and students on their remote learning days at these times:

  • 11:00am – 11:30am for grades K – 5
  • 10:00am – 10:30am for grades 6 – 12

Parents can pre-order meals in the IC School Store called Remote Pre-Order.

Remote Learning Academy Food Service

Food Services is pleased to offer all remote learners a convenient way to pre-order meals for pickup on a daily basis. We have created a School Store in Campus Parent, called Food Service Pre-Order, where you may pre-order meals for each school day. Placing an order in the School Store will not add any charges to your student’s meal account, it simply gives us an idea of how many meals to prepare for the day. You may notice that there are no prices in the store, but your child’s account will be charged the paid or reduced price of the meal upon pickup. Meal orders must be placed by noon the previous school day.

Daily curbside pickup of meals will take place between 11:00-11:30 AM each day at your child’s enrolled school. Pickup locations for each school can be found on the Food Services webpage.  We will need your student’s ID number when picking up a meal, so please ask your child for their ID number if they will not be present at pickup. You can view the monthly menu on FD MealPlanner which can be found on the Food Services webpage.

Please view the tutorial School Store – Getting Started for Parents for an overview of how the school store works.
