Superintendent's Message June 10, 2021 7 pm ARP ESSER grant webinar

Good afternoon,
On Thursday, June 10, at 7:00 pm, Fairfield Public Schools will host a brief overview on the ARP ESSER grants. The purpose of the webinar is twofold. First, we will provide information on the intentions of the grant, as well as parameters of its use. Second, participants will then have the opportunity to engage in a survey seeking their thoughts on how the funding should be used by FPS. The survey format, ThoughtExchange, allows participants to input their ideas, as well as rank and comment on the ideas of others. All of this is done anonymously. The result will be a collection of ideas from our community, parents, students, and staff, and a prioritization of those ideas which will help guide the district’s completion of the ARP ESSER application this summer.
If you are not able to attend, the webinar will be recorded, and a link provided on the FPS website. The link will be open until June 21.
