Thank You, Principals! Celebrating Those Who Lead, Support, And Inspire

Principals Month Graphic

This October we celebrate our principals. Each day, they take on the responsibility of creating safe, welcoming, and thriving learning environments for all students. Principals are often the first to arrive and the last to leave. They go above and beyond to connect with families, support teachers, and make thoughtful decisions that put students first.

To show our appreciation for our principals, we are featuring each school leader on FPS social media with thoughts from students. Click here to view these fun tributes! Don't see your principal featured yet? Don't worry! Every FPS principal will be spotlighted before the end of the month.

Students then headed to the shoreline to help distribute oyster shells in the creek, supporting the creation of new habitats for these estuarine “superheroes.” This fall, Fairfield students contributed over 1,000 pounds of shells to aid in the town’s ongoing oyster bed restoration efforts at Ash Creek Estuary.
