Energy Management Partnership - Cenergistics - The district has partnered with Cenergistics, an energy management company, to help reduce our carbon footprint and improve energy efficiency across the district. Rachel Cerruti, our onsite representative from Cenergistics, is available to address any concerns related to classroom and office comfort while working towards sustainability goals.
Building Reservation System - ML Schedules is a software solution designed to streamline facility scheduling for staff, groups, and community users. With ML Schedules, you can easily book school facilities, view scheduled events, and check availability—all in one convenient platform. This system is available to both staff and Fairfield residents. If you plan to use a building for any activities outside of your normal schedule, please enter a reservation into the system. This will help us track usage and ensure that special requests, such as heating or cooling needs, are met to make your event run smoothly.
Work Order System - We’ve implemented a work order system called MLWorkOrders, accessible through https://ct8.mlworkorders.com/Login.aspx and ClassLink. When you get to the log in screen, please click on Log In with Microsoft to access ML WorkOrders. This system allows you to save important information, such as your room number, so you don’t need to enter it each time you submit a work order. You can also save details like the time or period your room is empty, which will help us make repairs without interrupting the learning environment.
